The programme aims to introduce students to the different fields of study in the natural and built environments, and equips students with the necessary knowledge and skills to pursue a degree in Architecture or Quantity Surveying (QS).

The structure of the programme is designed to ensure that students gain an optimal education as they progress from foundation through to the degree. Upon successful completion, students are eligible to enroll into our degree programmes, creating a seamless transition to obtain an architecture or quantity surveying degree at Taylor’s.

Strong Built Environment Focus
  • Exposure to specialised modules provides a solid foundation to pursue degrees in Architecture or QS; such as Culture & Civilisations and Introduction to Drawing (Architecture), as well as Principle of Economics, Basic Accounting and Mathematics (QS).
  • Develop critical thinking and idea generation skills, and enable students to visualise and communicate their ideas to the audience through module such as Creative Thinking Skills.

Further Studies:
Upon successful completion of the Foundation programme, students can choose to pursue the Taylor's Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Architecture or Taylor’s Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) degree.
