1) Trial Balance

These are two of the final reports that shows the status of a business at the end of the year. A trial balance serves to provide the final adjustments at the end of the year. By doing these reports, we can know if  the company is getting profit or experiencing loss.

2) Financial Ratio Analysis

The financial ratio analysis is the next step after completing the final reports. It serves to find out about the various aspects of a company's performance. From these calculations, new plans can be formed to improve the business's performance in the following year.

3) Break-Even Analysis

This topic is about how a business can stay in business. We learnt to calculate the minimum a mount of profit needed to prevent any loses for the business. This is really helpful as it plays a role in deciding what items a business should sell in order to achieve a target profit and avoiding the business from closing down.
